Henry is a corporate and commercial partner in the Auckland office of Webb Henderson.

Henry specialises in corporate and commercial law, with particular expertise in commercial contracts, mergers & acquisitions, capital markets, and restructuring. His practice extends across the full value range of transactions and business types, including advising on significant commercial contracts for early stage entities, family businesses, and publicly listed entities. He has practised in a number of countries, including advising on transactions and agreements involving multiple jurisdictions. He has regularly advised entities on their online contracting arrangements and is often involved in advising on the validity of contracts and the enforcement of contractual rights.

In 2017, Henry was a finalist for “Young Private Practice Lawyer of the Year” at the New Zealand Law Awards and is a noted practitioner in a number of legal directories.
